I used to work for these guys. I recommend you use towboat US when I worked there. They told me I had a lifetime membership since I worked there but when I needed help most recently even wanted my insurance to give me a tow.
they wanted to salvage me
not to mention I haven’t got my last paycheck or salvage from these guys
I find a lawsuit against them. I recommend you use somebody different than these guys.
Do you recently sold to the owner of the game she told and trying to keep it under wrap who knows what reasons but those guys aren’t any better down there so choose your towing company Carefully.
Great group of Captains and Mates. Veteran Captains, Tons of Experience, Well Maintained Vessels, Strong Local Knowledge Base and Fast Service.
I'm changing this five-star review to a one-star review cuz after I work there I had trouble getting paid my final paychecks and my Salvage percentage money and the owner of the company is a police officer with North Miami Beach and he has gone on to file harassment charges against me for calling and trying to get paid my final pay it's been more than 3 years the captain that I did the job with said that he got paid and he was told not to tell me that he got paid and that was more than 3 years ago tread life carefully...

Thank goodness for slow speed approach qnd sand, we extricated ourselves. Through a referral from a marina, we reached Chris at Sea Tow and he said he would reach out to the Sea Tow crew. Two guys who were off duty and called us within minutes. Joshua and Brian. Joshua gave me info but deferred to Brian. Brian literally walked us through the markers and suggested to be safe we wait for high tide to give us wiggle room. With exhaustion after 1000nm and nerves frazzled from our earlier 1st approach ground, we landed safely at the anchorage because of the Sea Tow crew. Definitely...
Read moreThis company is acting like a predator and terrorizing the liveaboard community by snatching their dinghis for ransom, without prior warning or notice of violation, and often for no reason whatsoever. In addition, their fees are grotesque, charging over a thousand dollars for a dinghi that is not worth as much, and therefore keeping the much needed vehicles of lower income people. There are no mechanisms for review or reconsideration. It is basically piracy. Like in the 18th century. You have the misfortune of running into pirates and lose everything you have. Legalized piracy. Sea Tow: you represent PREDATORY CAPITALISM...
