V & V OCEAN VIBES - JetCar & Jet Ski Rentals — Attraction in North Bay Village

We're avid jet skiing fans, having done so in several different locations. It was our first time in Miami, however, and after doing a lot of research to find the best jet ski rental company in the city, we went with V Jets Miami, owned by Vlad, for a number of reasons that blew the competitors out of the water:

-) Great location. -) Vlad was always very prompt to pick up the phone, reply to emails, texts, etc. -) Vlad was very professional, personable, patient and transparent answering all the questions we had that were not on his website before booking. He answered all our questions patiently and with transparency. Same can NOT be said about other jet ski rental companies we tried to contact, which costed them our business. -) Friendly and professional staff all around. -) Vlad was very accommodating to the fact we were running behind for our scheduled slot and he worked with us from the beginning to the end. -) We also liked his professionalism in regards to the email reminder he sends a day or so before the scheduled date, which also contained a map that shows were to be picked up, etc. since there's a boat ride out to the jet ski area involved. -) New and very nice/well maintained equipment. -) Huge area to jet ski at our pace and on our own, which is exactly what we wanted. There was no annoying "tour guide" telling you what to do, watching our every move and micro-managing us. He left us alone, like the adults we are, so we could have fun doing our own thing without anyone "supervising" us.

Extremely disorganized and disappointing experience. This jet ski rental place apparently operates under three different companies that don’t communicate with each other at all, which caused a ton of confusion from the moment we arrived. We ended up being shuffled around with no clear instructions, and nobody seemed to know what the others were doing.

To make things worse, one of the jet skis we were given was clearly not working properly, but when we asked to switch it out, they refused — even though they had others sitting unused. And instead of making up for the downtime, they cut our ride short, so we paid full price for way less time on the water, and one of us basically didn’t get to ride at all.

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that’s actually organized and values their customers. This...

OMG, if I tell you that this was the best experience ever. Thank you Vladimir for showing and teaching me how to ride a jet ski. This has been something I had long to do. As you know I was so afraid to get on the skis by myself, you really made me quickly overcame that fear. That Little breezy ride in your boat was phenomenal. I can't say anymore. My husband and I will definitely be returning to do this again and to hang out with and Drake. It was a great pleasure meeting you and your family. My goodness.
