Perry's Supply — Attraction in North Bend

i am always so disappointed when i go to this place. Some of their inventory seems like it fell of a trainwreck in the 1970's . Recently needed to replace my water closet ( toilet) and thought i'd.go to the " plumbing supply " house to purchase a new one. What a shock !! Not only were the prices extremely high from my little bit of comparative research they averaged retail plus an additional 35%. You had to by the bowl and the tank separately they had some novelty items that were interesting they offered nothing that was economical . Very overpriced and when i asked a worker for help i got a chuckle and the gentleman basically walked away . I undsrstand giving your employeess good.wages and benefits but don't think the entire burdon should he placed on the customer. I found what i was after at.two seperate businesses in town for half the price that the discount supply house offered. Im all.for.supporting local businesses and im writing this regretfully but i was just shocked by the entire thing. This is not a.one.off experience im a a retired plumber and electrician with 30 years of knowledge in this kind of thing and iv'e usually left the store empty handed because i know what things cost and what the expected price retail.and wholesale.should be. Granted we are in an isolated area of the state.and country but not...

We recently went into Perry’s Supply in Coos Bay looking for a washer and dryer during our move, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The team was extremely helpful and personable, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

Not only did they help us find exactly what we needed, but we were able to leave the same day with both appliances. They even helped us load everything up and were so accommodating during such a busy time.

Terrible experiance. Went in the the broken pipe setup in hand and began explaining what I needed as best I could (this was my first time doing any plumbing in my life), the salesperson went on to interrupt me, correct me, and sold me all the wrong parts saying "I can tell by eye what you need." It was a very degrading experiance and, as you can see in the photo, messed up the plumbing. He told me the pipes would fit perfectly. In the end, I made it work, so not so bad, but any backflow in the pipe is going all over my kitchen because I listened to...
