Every time I go in employees are rude. Today there was blackfriday sales and my sister wanted a nectar collector so we got one. Didn't even get to use it just essebled it and it chipped in half. There was obviously an imperfection in the glass that's about the only thing that would cause that. When we brought it back the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful in every way possible. I would suggest everyone save there money for a shop that is worth the business because this one is not. This is also not the first time this location has sold me stuff that didn't work. The only help they could offer was “call Nord and see what they can do”. You can’t offer a refund for your faulty product?
