Metro Bru — Restaurant in North Bend

I come through about once a week to get the metro espresso shake. Almost everytime, i get denied and told that the ice creams too hard, or that they need an hour each morning to let it thaw. I used to try in the mornings and chalked it up to no biggie. Its 2pm and their ice cream is too hard. Turn down your freezers if its too hard or take it off the menu. I'm only gonna be refused so many times before I go elsewhere. Aside from this, the coffees great, the people are great and the sevice is usually great.

Reply: Sounds like y'all need another freezer, or to find a solution. Passing the problem to your customer is only gonna hurt your business. It's not my problem y'all can't use your ice cream. When I show up and try to order it, and I'm told I can't have what I want. I go elsewhere. Best of luck. Won't be coming back to y'all...

I love a certain drink here but sometimes, if they are busy, they will lie and say they dont have ice cream. I know it's a lie because a friend has gone the same day but a different time when they told me they were out of ice cream and got the exact drink I wanted. Gone once every day for 3 days in a row with different people saying "we wont have ice cream until tomorrow" yet a coworker got the drink I wanted...

Good place, girls that work there are always fun to talk to. Down side, needs some kickin music playing and they're always out of chocolate muffins. *Update * Been a few years and I still go here regularly.
