Update: my co-workers swear by this placed and was shocked to hear my experience so they bought tacos and had me try one. It was a pretty decent carne taco. Personally my experience still happened, so I personally wouldnât spend more money here but to each their own.
Chicken Quesadilla was horrible... i ordered over the phone and was told 20 min. I got there in five minutes told them Iâll just pay and wait. This came out 2 min later. I asked for the jalapeños to be cooked inside of the quesadilla, they werenât. The chicken taste like fish. The quesadilla as you can see, was not crispy, it looks like it may have been lightly toasted but taste doughy. It was soggy and tasted like they took the tortilla out the bag, threw on some canned chicken and cheese and microwaved it. Iâve never had a quesadilla that taste so undone. I wish we werenât in the middle of covid or I wouldâve gave it away, instead I had to throw out $12...
Read moreThe food was horrible: watery salsa without much substance except for lots of large wilted pieces of cilantro. The veggies for the fajitas with sliced, almost shredded, seemed to be boiled rather than grilled, mushy without flavor, left a nasty feeling in your mouth. The guacamole for the fajitas was a large pitt sized chunk of browned avacado. The decor is drab an dark. The service well when I mentioned my thoughts on the food it was picked up and taken away. They came back with the bill without even asking if they could bring something else, or offer a discount, they could clearly see the meal had barely been touched. We are local and have been trying other mexican restarants to see if one comes close to our favorite. This place doesn't even come close. I have no idea how this place has as many stars as it does? Try Puerta Vallarta Restaraunt in Coos Bay for a delightful dinner all...

In the words of Han Solo: "she may not look like much, but she has it where it counts!" The El Coyote burrito was pretty good, but the varner asada let it down. The taco salad was more meat than lettuce (my kind of salad LOL), the grilled chicken chimichanga and shredded beaf enchilada were excellent! The grilled chicken was the best I've ever eaten. The lady that served us was very nice and helpful, as were the other staff. I think this place is pretty new, so there aren't many reviews yet, but if he...
