Big Brand Tire & Service — Attraction in North Las Vegas

I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. I hadn’t been able to find a trustworthy person or shop to work on my car, but the manager, Miguel, and the assistant manager, Marvin, made sure I was taken care of. Although there was a delay in my car being fixed, I trust that my car will run better than how I brought it in. They really take care of your car like family and the prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend!

Also, no surprises on the price, no messed up/missing parts, and they advise you of what needs to be looked at while giving you the choice to have it looked at now or later. They were never pushy. 100% recommend them...

My engine light althe was on so I took it to AutoZone, it listed a few things that were not working correctly. I asked several auto shop workers if they could fix the problem, they all told me I had to take it to Nissan to get everything fixed. When I took it to Big Brand they said all I needed was a battery in an oil change. Didn't have to spend thousands of dollars and my problem was solved. As long as I'm here in Las Vegas Nevada I will not take my car to any other Auto shop except this one, they saved me from paying out thousands of dollars for repairs I didn't even need. Very honest and reliable, I'm going to put up posters at my senior campus...

Quick service, super friendly staff &management! Was a little discouraged bc I called for an oil change quote, explaining 5L full synthetic and was quoted at $52, then after arriving was told that was a conventional change price, not full synthetic which ended up more than double the price (basically the same everywhere else) the manager was very kind and offered a discount code which helped me save about 25$! PSA: If you’re a girl, you can relax and trust they will not take advantage of you!! Thank you Miguel, your kindness and charismatic attitude has won my business indefinitely and I’ll be sure to recommend too...
