Prince Gallery — Attraction in North Logan

I visited Prince Gallery for the first time yesterday and was very impressed to find that all of the high praise and 5-Star reviews I had read online were completely accurate! The owner (Frank) surpassed all of my expectations with his quality of service, personable atmosphere, and level of integrity.

Frank treated every customer like a close friend (even me, although we had never met). He took special care to remember even the smallest details of my order and accommodate me with the alterations I requested. He made it a priority to make one-on-one time for each person that walked into his gallery.

And, perhaps the most impressive trait I saw, was that Frank made suggestions based on what each customer was looking for, rather than adding on items/services that would make him the most money.

He is patient, kind, honest, and genuinely wants the perfect outcome for each person. I felt valued and secure knowing such an important project was in good hands. His prices are all completely reasonable for the type of materials, quality of craftsmanship, and availability of materials.

There are also no hidden fees. Frank calculates everything, tax and all, right in front of you and shows a break-down of prices before he ever begins the work, so you have every opportunity to change your mind if you'd like to. He is up-front and open.

To me, there is no better company than one that is run by an honest person, and at Prince Gallery that's exactly what you'll find. :)

We took a damaged painting to have it repaired. The print and frame were both damaged and have been in our family for decades. They took the time to examine the damage and relayed possible options for restoring it. It took time (which is completely understandable) to restore both the print and the frame and we picked it up yesterday and can only say "WOW"!! You can't tell where he repaired numerous chipped parts of the frame and it looks brand new. Lastly, I fully expected to pay a pretty penny for the restoration but was amazed that he could do this for such a reasonable price. I cannot recommend Prince Gallery any higher. Frank Prince and his staff provide excellent services for their clientele. I am an artist and I send all my clients to Prince Gallery for all their framing needs.
