LazyOne — Local services in North Logan

This is the first "lower" star I've ever given any establishment or business in all my Google days ;however, it's worth it. People should know the rude and unprofessional treatment to expect when using the coupons THEY pass out. Has nothing to do with the quality of the product because the pajamas are great. We had some "buy one get one" coupons and figured out that the best way to use these coupons would be to pair up all the tops and then pair up all the bottoms to save the most money. In fact, we clarified with the employee beforehand if this was ok. Even with spending nearly $300 it was VERY clear that the way the coupons were used was not appreciated. We're grateful that they honored THEIR coupon but after putting our stuff in bags they just walked away, lol. We didn't even know if we were done, haha. They just walked away, we just sat waiting for the cashier to return to hand us the bags from behind the counter. After realizing we were not getting any other service because the cashier was assisting other customers we took our bags and went to leave saying "thank you" on the way out and not even being acknowledged. No, "you're welcome", "thank you", nothing! Just unfortunate because you don't expect such poor customer service and feeling like you've done something wrong after spending quite a bit of money with any business. Hopefully others have had better experiences with LazyOne and the coupons they provide but we certainly felt less than...

I just love coming to this place to get my boxers and buy some some socks for my father and pajamas for my mother. They have wonderful stuff here.. the slippers with the rubber button pads on the bottom of the slippers are awesome. You can't slip wearing these. I was really impressed with the items that were on sale. I was able to get boxers for 3 dollars .. where in California it would've cost me around 18 dollars 💸 💵 for a single pair. So I made out like a bandit. It's a wonderful place and I just love this store and the staff is warm and friendly and so willing to help if you need something. They helped me by finding my sizes in the back when they didn't have any more on the floor. I was so grateful for their help. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and I very much highly recommend this place if you haven't stopped by yet or shopped here. Thank you so much, LazyOne.. I am going back to California a very happy man and customer. I can't wait to come back and buy some more goodies...

Purchased $60 plus worth of merchandise. Unfortunately I do not live in the Logan area. When I returned home, I reviewed my purchase again and noticed that the store had significantly overcharged me. I am leaving town tomorrow to deliver the purchased items (to the East Coast) and called to see if they could refund their error 1) over the phone with a copy of the receipt and items (pictures of all items purchased and of the receipt showing the error - along with the store transaction code) or 2) if I could bring the tags back to the store when I return from my trip. They indicated that I must bring the items back - tags are unacceptable. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. THESE GUYS WILL...
