Updated, a few years later. from 5/5 to 1. What a sad, sad, place this has become. It went from a ‘Patient first’, safe, no matter which day you chose to go and get your fiercely overpriced medication, plus the fees, AND the cost of renewal and initially getting a medical card, place. (i know the prices are not a logan problem.) The problem with this Pharmacy IS NOT the internal LOCAL crew, it is upper management and the switch to Corporate Company Greed. It’s not our small town safe feeling ‘perfect earth’. which i grew to love, and made my love for cannabis and knowledge GROW. I have been a patient since opening, and have witnessed, and stuck with the decline, until recently. It’s crystal clear from many, many, patients whether they’re ‘day one patients’ or ‘newer patients.’ So many inconsistencies on percentage on flower, what day it will fall under sativa, indica, or hybrid on the menu, even though it’s the same strain. I won’t even comment on their concentrates, (still need a lot of work.) the prices have gone down, which was a must. That’s the only positive thing i can say. Very sick people are coming in, looking for natural, pure, consistent, clean relief. And i feel the flower shop has lost all aspects of medical needs and are mainly focused on the cash gains. Utah is still Medical, they are PATIENTS, not customers. The wait time has increased due to large rise in patients, and pharmacy not equipped with enough registers to handle the rushes. Nate, Cory, Levi, if you can catch them, you’re in great hands. Jason, the Pharmacist, AMAZING. —Their product quality HAS gotten better throughout the years, with a much better price point. High Variety 5g for $50 flower is decent, along with their $60 full gram 510 cartridges, & High Variety Edibles. They’ve seemed to get those three things down. They carry a variety of brands now, which is cool too.
Professional, clean, laid back, all in one. 5/5 stars for me! I’ve told...
Read moreA year ago It would have been a 5 star.. . Something happened within management. My favorite bud tenders slowly lost their natural smile. I suddenly couldn't get delivery to Tremonton. New staff came in & brought a coldness with them. Then prices began to go up too. I couldn't find any variety on ounces. I medically use 113 grams in 28 days so i can't afford to buy $60 eighths. I check back now again to see if they went back to how they were, and haven't seen improvement. I got a email today that compelled me to write a review. The 710 specials they are offering are horrible & and it is sad to see them charge so much for the same brands other utah dispensaries have. So i now go through Wholesome who delivers, and the staff has that natural glow & smile & you can see they love their job. I hope the 5 staff members that served me before are doing well they deserve a environment like wholesome. Front desk was always awesome, not sure about now though....but The one new staff that didn't print off my stickers & messed up my allotment, never apologized & then made my experience awkward everytime i came in, i hope you don't work in customer...
Read moreThe staff that works in the back and the doctors=5/5 great people and service, however this was given a much lower rating as there have been around 29 issues I have had and have only been here around 48 times. The staff has no idea when any discounts are and everytime someone that did know something (such as a 20% off deal, etc.), they have never failed to tell me the wrong dates. The prices are significantly higher than the rest of Utah's dispensaries. The only thing about this place that works is the staff in the back, other than that, well, at least they are nice. As well, there were a few times I have saved up enough points to get a discount for two visits, however sometimes when I use the points only once, and I have an overfill, the points get reset back to zero, regardless of how many hundreds I have spent here. What bothers me the most is that THE THC PERCENT OR AMOUNT IS NOT THE ACTUAL AMOUNT, CHECK THE BRANDS DOSING, THAT IS ACCURATE, THE STORES IS NOT, and honestly seems like they just guess or make it up. THIS IS NOT A SOMETIMES THING, EVERYONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE GOTTEN, IS INACCURATE AS FAR AS HOW MUCH...
