We have been here twice and both times have been OK. I have come here both times because there isn't a whole lot on the north end of town. Here's the thing, if you are going to advertise something on your board, like "Now selling soups" and have three different sizes available, you should probably sell said soup. Their gigantic board had advertised soups for sale, but when my wife asked about them they said, "Oh we aren't selling soup until the end of September cause it is so warm." So we got sandwiches instead, but they we got them and they were dry and falling apart. We bought a loaf of bread, however, that was amazingly soft and tasty. Read moreMy daughter's birthday was this month and we wanted to "go big" for this one. I reached out to Shaffer's via email and asked about the type of cake I was looking for. I sent photos and the gal I was in communication with was very helpful and said she could definitely do what I was wanting. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY and I couldn't have been happier. I knew my daughter would be over the moon. The cost was reasonable and well-worth it! I know that elsewhere I'd have paid quite a bit more. When I went to pick up the cake, the gal at the counter was very helpful in getting the cake into my car. I'm returning for my son's birthday in 5 months! But the real problem is that the person who got the donuts out of the case for me touched them with her bare hands. She grabbed one of those wax paper squares and then didn’t use it properly and touched every donut with her bare fingers. And then I watched her do the same for the dozen donuts the person in the drive through had ordered before checking out. Idk...
