The service I received today was horrible. I have been going to us nails for over 10 years and often wonder why she cant keep workers and how they talk about her so bad. Today she tried to tell me I didn't pay for a $7 lip wax. I worked in this place with a $100 and walked out with $35. The owner went back and forth with me about a lip wax in front of all her customers about $7 that I did pay. That will be the last $7 you will get from me. I would never expect no one to do anything for free and has always paid and tip your workers. I said before I would never come back in your shop and I did. Shame on me, but after today. You making me look like a fool and I spent my money and to be treated like this. She even was trying to make my friend pay for a soda that her son had already paid for.... I guess your hard up for money and it's sad the way you talk to people and they keep spending money with you. And for your workers l really feel sorry for them bc they will never keep customer working for you. Your rude and dont listen to your customers. You try to make your customers get service done by the person you pick and they dont do a good job.... If people are paying their money let them get who they want to do there service. Read moreI did not like this place. I make sure when I walk in that they know how picky I am and that I only want someone that is good at french. I kept telling the lady that I did not like the French manicure. She insisted that she would fix it and after this coat and that coat. I said it for like ten minutes and then at the end she tries to guilt trip me and tells me that she works hard and wherever I go that I cannot be that picky because everyone works hard and I'll never be pleased. I only went here today because my normal salon was too far. She didnt charge me for the French but still charged me for the manicure and didnt even write it down that she did a manicure. So she pocketed the money. The owner probably doesnt know that she did that either. Front row, all the way to the right, table.

Read moreI was more then pleased with my experience at U.S. Nails. I made an appointment the same day which is usual the case for my busy and ever changing schedule. I found their prices to be the best I’ve ever seen. They didn’t charge me for the removal of my previous set, which most places do. I received a fresh full set tips and powder dip. My nail tech, Chan (I’m so sorry if I am spelling your name wrong), spent extra extra extra time with me. I’m legit OCD and she spent a huge amount of time to make sure I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. There was no extra charges, no hidden upgrades which most places sneak in.
I will return to U.S. Nails for sure. I am disappointed by past places I previously gave good ratings to after realizing I was overcharged A LOT and the nails didn’t last. The experience here made me realize I’ve been taken advantage of in other nail businesses with both “shortcuts” and hidden upgrades.
