My father and I reached out to D & M Trophies after hours one evening, as we needed an Acrylic Crystal Trophy made within a very short time frame. There was no possible way to order one from anywhere else and have it ready in time. We were able to speak with Mike on the phone (after hours), who was courteous, professional and more than willing to help us out on such short notice. From start to finish, Mike guided us through the process, ensured that the details and product were exactly what we wanted and made the pick up extremely convenient. D&M Trophies is a “top notch “ go to shop for any trophy or award needed for just about anything. Mike (the owner) is amazing! Not only is he professional and friendly, he is extremely accommodating. He takes pride in his business as customer satisfaction and quality products are his prime focus. I called him to ask if he could duplicate and personalize a basketball plague for my son that was given to his team. I placed the call in the morning and he promptly returned my call within the hour. To my surprise, approximately an hour and a half after that, he not only completed the order, but had it ready for pick up! He did this knowing he’d make my son happy regardless of the large amount of orders he was in the process of filling.
