The very tall pole, at the North Pole in Alaska is a nice tourist stop. There is a huge Christmas gift shop, and an area to pet/feed Santa’s reindeer (for $8), which is a great photo op. The people are very nice. The pole, itself is very tall and all directions from it, point “South”! There is also a huge Santa statue for photos. Overall, it’s pretty cool but nothing that merits a 5 rating, in my book. That said, you def should stop here is you are in the area. It’s a short drive from...

Cute little town, that decorates itself in accordance with its most famous business, the Santa Claus house. The light poles have cute red and white candy cane decor on them, although the red striping is fading, and really should be touched up next summer. There's a nice little spot that tells you you're at the...

All kids want to go to the North Pole...even the grown kids. We visited Santa's house, pet the reindeer, and drove around the town and found the North Pole marker in the park. Santa was out building toys when we there, so we didn't get to see...

All kids want to go to the North Pole...even the grown kids. We visited Santa's house, pet the reindeer, and drove around the town and found the North Pole marker in the park. Santa was out building toys when we there, so we didn't get to see him this visit.
