Worst Full set and pedicure EVER. We showed all three nail techs pictures of what we wanted before our butts even sat down in the chairs. Look if you cannot do what we showed you just be honest and say you cannot. Now you have a bad review on google!!!! The lady cut me multiple times upon filing. I asked for extra short coffins. Even after asking her to file them down and make them coffin shaped she obviously didn't want or know how to shape my nails that way. The lady didn't finish with me she moved me to another chair and an older guy finished with a horrible job painting. They also cut my 7 yo daughter and my mom during the filing portion of my daughters mani/pedi and my moms full set/pedi. My daughter really wanted to sit in the small princess pedi chair. So they set my mom and I up two chairs down instead of right next to my daughter. The lady started to do something with the water and splashed my daughter. At first we all laughed about it but after finishing up our pedis I had no idea that the lady actually soaked my daughters clothes all the way down to her underwear. She did apologize but still if it was negative 40 out that could be dangerous. My mom asked for a manicure before her full set and they told her no she didn't need one. They stated that the older gentleman would take care of her cuticles when they were putting on the full set. They didn't touch her cuticles at all. The older guy who did my moms didn't do anything she asked for color wise, every picture of nail art she showed him he said he could not do it. She picked colors and he ended up doing whatever he wanted with other colors. Why even ask patrons what they want when the nail tech is going to do whatever they feel like anyways?! When we went to pay my mom and I were going to split the bill. The girl said no we cannot take credit cards even though there was no sign saying cash only and they had multiple card logos posted when you walk in. Gal said we could come back and pay with cash tomorrow. After walking down and using the Alaska USA cash machine and paying the gal tried to offer me a gift card and apologized but we declined it and left. I have no idea how this place is still...

I only went once and I wont be back. The quality of work is not worth their price in my opinion. Went in for full set, there was no one waiting, I was told a 30 min wait. Okay. An hour 15 min later I am finally able to sit. Smaller collection of gel color than I am used to. The nail tech went pretty crazy on the file on my natural nail to where I know it is going to hurt to have these removed. It was unnecessary, I had no polish or any product on my fingers. Havnt had acrylics for months. Had to have corrections on length more than once, they did not match and one was completely crooked. I originally wanted almond shape, but my tech did not understand and I got square. Asked to have them fix it and eventually just gave up and asked for just squoval. Paint application was sloppy and uneven. Did not cover entire nail and had to ask for another coat but it still was not fully covered. I also paid 55 for just a set.did not include a manicure, my cuticals were not pushed or trimmed or anything, not even a soak or lotion. Over all not pleased. I came into USA Nails for the first time today, not wanting to make the drive to Fairbanks in the rain, but wanting my nails done for a new job on Tuesday. I have only been to one salon in Alaska and was nervous about going somewhere new. To say that they not only met but far exceeded my expectations would still fall tragically short of how fantastic this business is. Not only were they priced better, but the gentleman who took care of me did such a fantastic job. He took his time and made sure that my nails looked amazing and thay I was happy with the color before proceeding. I also got the option to do a callus removal without having to do the paraffin wax. Beyond excited about that. The facility itself was clean and well taken care of. They had calming music and the Food Network running. I will be taking my business to USA nails from now on. Almost $100 cheaper than what I'm used to. So happy I stopped in today. Thank...
