Great Alaska Pizza Co — Restaurant in North Pole

There pizza is good I have to order often because there's not really that much food in my house and it's the cheapest thing that'll probably last me two days. But anyway particularly early tonight around seven or eight I called and ordered and this woman was extremely rude an attitude with me. I asked her what kind of drinks they had and she said Coke products. Then I asked her could you be more specific please. And then she got all mad at me and told me all the flavors and she said "what do you want?" in a rude way like she had a stick up her (you know what). Again they have bomb pizza but when you call I suggest you kiss a lot of a* so they're not rude with you :) because apparently just being normal and nice is terrible, but if you kiss a lot of a* you're probably going to get a good reaction. I ordered a pizza here and it came cold.. I gave my address on nordale road and they said they could deliver there. 20 minutes later than estimated delivery the driver finally calls telling me he didn't know where we were located and we explained we are down towards the end of nordale road. Then the manager called extremely upset accusing me of giving them misleading information. He said they only do deliveries on half of nordale road and its not worth their time to deliver any further. We did not know this. Somehow 5 more minutes of driving is not worth their time, I've had better pizza delivered further. The delivery driver was very rude upon arrival so I do not recommend getting pizza delivered from great Alaska pizza company in North pole unless they change their manager's attitude and train their drivers to have customer respect and...

Staff I s very young and in need of guidance with the exception of one elderly delivery driver that attacked my teen son that took advantage of him when I sent him to collect food and took an extra $10. When made to return my money he verbally assaulted me in my driveway! And when I I tried to order again a few months later... thinking itd been ironed out because I spoke with the general manager... was told id been black listed.... (manager originally had said hed give me me a $30 discount on next order for my troubles only to call back to order several months later and get accused of verbally abusing employees ( if expressionsng that supervision was requires at the north pole location was wrong) and then hung up on when I didnt understand what or why this was happening)... I was only trying to feed my kids.... to the tune...
