My fiancé didn’t get my engagement ring here, but when we went to look for wedding bands our friends recommended Kodos and from the moment we walked in to the moment of purchase we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They even resized and cleaned my engagement ring! They told us when we are getting married to come in a few weeks before to get it cleaned. I did just that today, which made me want to add this review. I hope everyone give this family owned store a chance. Massoud has been in this business for a long time and you can tell. I went to kodos jewelry to have my watch resized in while I was waiting to get the watch done I saw a little small chain that was $100 dollars I wanted to buy for my 5 year old when the owner came out I told him I wanted to see it in as im pointing at the price tag to tell him that's the one I want he kind of had attitude saying who told you it was a hundred dollars we don't have that I'm like okay so it not a hundred then he finally pick it up in was like oh it is a hundred you still want to buy it and I don't know what was that all about but im giving that place a 2 star because they did fix my watch really quick...

Wow! My mom brought my dad’s wedding ring to have a bail added so she could wear it as a necklace. We had a TERRIBLE experience in FL and the store there had charged my mom $300 to just make it into a heart shape and because it wasn’t ready on time…they still charged her when we picked it up BEFORE it was completed!! kodos was so kind!! The pendant came out beautifully!! All polished with a gorgeous bail shaped as a heart as well.
