First let me say I have heard nothing but fabulous things about this place from my step mother, so of course I decided to go see for myself. I was not even in the threshold and as I am holding the door for my child I was immediately NOT greeted w hello but greeted with a snippy "do you have an appointment?" As I was obv looking to consign my BRAND NEW TAG ON CLOTHING. I said well HELLO because I found this very rude. The store appeared very lovely which made this even more of a shame because the lady pam behind the desk continued to tell me (as if I am supposed to know the clothing behind her all needed to be tagged or otherwise worked on) that the appointments are not until June and that I needed one as she huffed and puffed she said she had "all these items need to be tagged, and they wouldn't take my things anyhow as they were too fancy & I should try fabulocity shop instead". She was rude, seemed bothered and if I wanted to look around I don't think I was even given the chance as she was quicker to turn me away by I was on trying to sell. Maybe if I seemed like i wanted to purchase her attitude would have been different. I called my step mom to tell her how shocked u was as she recommended the shop to me and to my surprise, SHE STOPPED GOING THERE BC OF THIS SAME LADY. Completely wasted my time and would NEVER reccomend this place bc of the lack of decent customer service and just pure ignorance. Very unfortunate bc they looked very nice for the whole 15 seconds I was in...

We brought some things in, including a pair of shoes that had retailed for almost $400.00. They had been worn once! We received no paperwork, just a very small card with a number on it. No paperwork was offered & when I asked I was told it wasn't necessary. I called a couple of times to see how things were going. When I went in, I was told that I the shoes & a pair of jeans - again, almost new - had sold. My total? $14.75. I rec'd $12.30 for the shoes. These shoes were new! Gorgeous and classic. The jeans were new, my daughter had worn them twice and didn't like the design on the back pocket. Again, no paperwork. Nothing. I do not believe those shoes sold for less than $25.00 - I also saw a scarf in there for $9.00 - the same one is in the GAP for $6.00. I would have kept the shoes & the jeans. I should have rec'd paperwork. I won't be back. Sure, they're friendly, but I don't trust them. Had they been able to show me how much they sold the items for, I would feel better. Bye, Bye...

I made an appointment over THREE weeks ago. When I arrived for my appointment, I was NOT greeted with a hello and there was about FIVE different women, so I did not know who was the worker/owner. I was saying hello to each one of them with a ugly stare that they ALL gave back to me and when I saw the owner, i was still not greeted. Then, she proceeded to tell me I needed to bring in MY own hangers and couldn’t sell “$2,000 bags and have my clothes like this” which was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. She should’ve told me how she handled her business THREE WEEKS ago when I spoke to her, but instead made me drive over a hour just to have the door shut on my face. Never returning and do not recommend....
