Walgreens — Attraction in North Ridgeville

Drug Mart was out of my refill. Out if convenience I stopped in to the location nearest my office and I was told that refill would be ready when I finished work. When I arrived again they told me that they could not refill until the following day. So my 2 vists were not only a waste of time, but unsuccessful. Here is an itemized account of why this is terrible customer service: 1. Pharmacy tech updated my contact info. But did not call. Set a false expectation with regard to pick up and availability When Drug Mart is/was prepared to fulfill the service did not put any restrictions/sanctions. When asked, Pharmacy Tech did not furnish me with my Original document/written prescription.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been forced to get my medications from. I say forced because this is the pharmacy my insurances uses. They NEVER have my medications refilled on time. Even when I have it auto set-up, I end up missing a day of important medication because they can’t seem to get it together. One time, they told me they didn’t have a medication. I asked to transfer it to a Walgreens in the city over…then I was told they did have it. When it was never filled I called back and they said they didn’t have it and I had to wait another whole day (after missing one dose already) for another pharmacy to fill it. Absolutely ridiculous. Anyone who doesn't give perfect stars can not be pleased. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The managers and shift leads are always saying hi, asking if u need help finding things etc. I love their sales and have made their clearance items a actual hobby haha. Plus I score five dollars off coupons all the time with points. I fill tons of prescriptiona here and all the techs are great. Pharmacist on duty always willing to answer important questions. I think I am in this store five times a week. Upper management should take the time to praise employees.
