Unique Nails & Tan — Attraction in North Royalton

This place was horrible. It was my first time coming and I will never go back. I got charged $54 for a mediocre pedicure. No scrub, no massage, still have dead skin on my feet. I literally soaked my feet for maybe 5 minutes and then lotion was put on my feet and they were painted. When I had first walked in I didn’t appreciate how nobody said hi to me or greeted me. A major disappointment as I’m trying to find a new place closer to where I live. I’m only giving one star because the color is cute and they were painted right. Other than that it was a waste of money. A pedicure is supposed to be a treatment that pampers you and that is not what I received. Also let me mention that all USED tools were used. The file and buffer were crusty with who knows who else’s dead skin on it....

I tried this place because it was recommended to me and regret even giving my money to them. I got a gel polish manicure and it was the sloppiest manicure I've ever had. First off she left nail polish all around the nail on my skin. 2nd the color i picked was a deep brick red and it came out literally pink. She missed parts of my nails where it had no paint at all and I had to tell her where she missed a huge spot at the side tip of my nail and she just filed it away instead of fixing the entire nail. She barely spoke maybe 2 words to me and seemed like she was in a hurry. To the people that are thinking about giving this place a shot look...

I honestly wish I could leave less than one star I paid over a $120 Way higher than the price we are given upon entering At that point the nails were done so there wasn't much we could do. my nails was truly terrible the French chips were not even and my nails were multiple different shapes. The Polish on my toenails came off by day 4. the gell on my fingernails chipped off by day 2 and damaged my nails underneath.
