My initial call to the Sprague Road Verizon store was due to Best Buy's failure to properly transfer a Samsung S23+ that I ordered directly from their partner, Samsung, on their online site.
I preferred to have a phone that day, as my Samnsung Note had become unusable.
I called the Verizon store on Sprage Road, as they were the only one open until 8 p.m. Connor answered, and I inquired if he'd still have time to review my options for purchase, as it was already after 7 p.m. He stated that it would be no problem, even though I'd indicated that I wasn't expected to arrive until 7:30 p.m.
When I arrived, Connor was working with another customer. And while her phones were transferring data, he started work with mine.
Connor was very courteous with both I and the other customer. And when he and I reviewed various plan options, the trade-in value of my Samsung Note, and new phone prices. I decide to purchase the more expensive Samsung S23 Ultra, in lieu of the less-expensive S23+.
Ultimately, the time to transfer my phones' data, and that of the other customer's, took long enough for Connor to have to stay beyond closing in order to complete the work. He apologized, but the other customer and I were grateful that he was willing to stay late.
Connor's professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond what was expected, has earned my loyalty to the Sprague Road Verizon store. This is in spite of the fact that there are at least 2 other stores in much closer proximity to my residence.
He is a very positive representation of the Sprague Road Verizon store. And I hope that management, and the store's owner(s), recognizes...
Read moreWent in to look at new iPhones, was unable to even hold one because I was an “unauthorized purchaser” (ok I get that policy I guess), but ended up leaving with very little knowledge of the newer iPhones. Decide to order a phone online and get it within 3 days, whereas the associate said it would take weeks. After receiving my new phone, I had to go back to the store to get it activated. The associate activated it for me after continually questioning why I did not come back and buy it from him. After activation, he pretty much pressured me to not leave, and stay in the store to do a survey about how he did, even mentioning his bosses haven’t been very happy with his performance lately. I can’t get on gmail so he asks me all the other ways I can access the account. I finally get on gmail to do the survey after he makes me sign in to my yahoo account and change the password, then asks me the number of stars he deserves. I say 4 to be nice, and because he did answer my basic questions about trading in phones (and so I can leave), but he...
Read moreThe North Royalton Verizon store is the best store in town. It's way better than the Verizon corporate stores that are in Parma and Strongsville that I visited but had to wait long waiting times just to see a rep and then had bad service. Both those stores just wanted to sell something to you and get you out of the store. Damien at the North Royalton store was excellent. He took the time to find out what my needs were and then directed me to the phones that would best meet my needs. He also was very knowledgeable with the products Verizon has to offer. I also received the best deal on a new phone then any other store around. That's why I bought my phone at this store. I will highly recommend the North Royalton Verizon store to my family and friends when they are in a need for a new phone. Thank you Damien for the excellent service that you provided me when I was...
