Just went here with my gf because she wanted to try the new melt sandwiches and 1. People here had no idea what they were talking about as if nobody told them they have a new sandwich 2. The bread looks nothing like the picture. It's just the same bread they always have except they throw it in a bag first instead of just into the microwave (my ckn was still cold and the chs wasn't meleted) 3. No matter how many times you nicely ask for more of a certain veggie, they sprinkle it on as if there is a mass shortage. This owner is beyond incapable of running a business. Go to one of the other locations that get your order correct and participate in promotions. This guy usually has to make the sandwiches himself because all his employees complain about him, and then quit. He can't make a sandwich correctly to save his life.
