Ordered Brosted chicken todayat 3:50,pm for pickup at 5:15 but when I came to pick up my order the employees there told me it would beabout 5 more minutes before it was done that he wanted it to be fresh for me . I said oOK. But then another customer came in to order chicken there and he told the customer it would be 10, minutes. I said that was not OK with me since I had 4 grand children that needed to go to different events. He just said it would be OK. I told him it would not since they may not have enough time to eat then. He then proceeded to tell me they had a lot of orders for 5 pm and got backed up. I told him they should have told me that when I ordered or called me back and not doing so was poor customer service. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. For my order. I prepaid before receiving my order and when he asked me to pay I told him I already had. He then said I didn't need to have any attitude!! He was the one with an attitude problem! He definitely needs some classes in customer service!! He never even apologized for the long delay. I have been ordering chicken from here for over a decade and never encountered such a rude employee or had service like this!! I ended up waiting 25 min. For my order. I stopped by Pic Quick for a corned beef on St. Patty’s day. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Abe, and I made my way to the deli section. When the man behind the counter turned around I couldn’t believe my eyes... It was Frank, my all time favorite sandwich engineer who’d been MIA for awhile. I felt like I hit the lottery and I knew my sandwich was going to be out of this world. After chatting for a few moments he began making a masterpiece. It was something out of a movie!! The corn beef was the perfect temperature, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the rye bread had just enough mustard. Frank, buddy, my taste buds thank you.
