Ramsey County Library - North St. Paul — Attraction in North St. Paul

Just a quick stop to pick up a book I had put a hold on. I should have checked the hours and / or picked a different branch as the hours here are very limited, so I had to use part of my vacation day for the pickup. There are not real bicycle parking racks, but there are some signs you can lock your bike to about 15 yards away. This is one of RCL’s smaller branches, but it’s a really convenient spot to pick up requests and has a nice small collection onsite. Computers, printers, fax/copy machine available.
