Jz Nail Spa — Attraction in North Township

I almost feel ashamed that it’s taken me so long to review (I’ve been coming here for nearly 2yrs) but that’s ok because all I have is positivity to share. This shop is outstanding in quality and customer service. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. They’ve always serviced me no matter what the situation: right after work, on my lunch, early in the morning etc. They’re super flexible with me (and I vice versa) quick on time when I need them to be and have also serviced me late in the evening after I’ve gotten off work a little later. Tommy is super funny/silly too and I can tell he really cares about his customers and making sure everybody’s happy. My nails and toes look beautiful every time and I’ve worked with nearly every nail tech there. They also care about the health of your nails and skin. Tommy and another gentleman that works there (I forget his name) has shared lots of advice of when to take a break between nail styles and suggestions of when to try new ones. He also has recommended different lotions and oils. I always feel like I’m in good caring company...

I’m new to the area, decided to try them. I’ve gone a few times. First time I received a pedicure, I paid for no chip and received regular polish. I called respectfully to try to receive some sort of resolution and was told too bad!!!I really didn’t notice until I was else where receiving a pedicure and the polish came off with nail polish remover!!! Beware!!! The fact that they did absolutely nothing and was totally rude is beyond me. I wouldn’t have wasted my time calling. If this wasn’t true. Ridiculous!!!

AGAIN!!! I should receive the service that I pay for!!!! Like I TOLD you!!!! How would I have known that I would be bamboozled???when I clearly paid for NO CHIP!! Well I let you know when I noticed, when it was taken off!! This should have NEVER happened!!!!

Furthermore, it’s your rude response to something that should’ve never happened!!! and you continue to try to justify this bad business, as if it were my fault!!

Just got my nails done on 8/31/24 here it is 9/3/24. I got a pedicure for $46 and my feet look dirty I’m like huhhh and I have pretty feet, she got mad because I asked for a liner to place in the soak spa whatever you want to call it. Then I got a full set no chip and it was rushed I had an event to attend. Anyways got home 2 of my nails broke, so now I’m humilated and frustrated. I come back today and tried to ask Tommy a question he waved me off and said go to lady who did your nails,, I’m like okayyyyyy then ugly handsome player said something smart,, I was about to go there but I had no energy to even give,, I asked the lady how much would it be to soak off because I did not like this long l, squared up, lifeless acrylic powder they used so yeah I just want to soak this mess off and never come back here again, you got 1 time to make me feel...
