Alpha Electronics Inc. — Attraction in Norwalk

I chose Alpha Electronics because of the outstanding Google Reviews as well as the high rating of stars. I arrived and did not realize an appointment was required. I went in regardless to inquire if the MCS-6700 Turntable I recently inherited from my grandfather who had passed that previous week could be repaired by this place. I was greeted by Ken upon entering. He stated an appointment was required but took the time to hear me out regarding the turntable. He told me that since I was already there, he would book me in. The repair took about a little over a week due to him searching for parts. Once I got the call the day before pick up, I was nervous and excited as this turntable is of sentimental value. The day I arrived to pick it up, he went to retrieve it from the back. As he approached with it in hand, I was completely speechless. The turntable had looked as if it was brand new from the store. He polished every part of this turntable and I was truly floored at the sight of it. I had a hard time but was able to hold back my tears as I knew my grandfather was smiling down from above. Ken has fixed two oem 6-disc cd players for our family, one for a 2003 Chevy and one for a 2004 Acura. If you like to keep things stock/ original in your vehicle, know that Ken can repair it! He was able to retrieve stuck cd's and gave the cd's back to us carefully wrapped. He returned the stereo units to us in perfect condition and SoundScape in Downey reinstalled them (11890 Woodruff Ave, Downey, CA 90241, they highly recommended Ken). I have an appointment tomorrow to bring in my kitchen counter cd/ radio by BOSE. BOSE repaired it 2 years ago, but BOSE no longer warranties their repair work on these units nor offers additional repairs. Ken is going to fix it, 100% confident. I enjoy records and Ken always has turntables for sale, new and old and many in between. He has so many cool electronics, just ask if you need a certain something. My experience with them was great. Here's my full story and why I recommend people to check out this place. I went in on a Wednesday to take in a Logitech 2.1 Computer Speaker system (approximate value $170+ tax new) that I've had since September 2008. My system was not giving music out, it powered but didn't have music. They charged me $15.00 for a diagnostic and they would call me soon to let me know what was wrong.

The next day K calls me and lets me know the problem and price ($65 - $15 of diagnostic= $50) to fix it. With my confirmation K fixes my sound system. On Friday I get another call to pick up my system. I took my iPod to test it and the system sounds better than before. My subwoofer works and both speakers have sound as well. Above all I liked that K speaks straight forward and when he says a price that's the final price you will pay. On top of all this he stands by his 90-day warranty. I'm sure this system will last me another 4 years.
