What an unbelievable let down.
I will never buy furniture from Bobs ever again.
The furniture was suppose to come yesterday between 2:15pm and 6:15pm. The paper work we have at home and the text messages leading up to yesterday were all confirmed for Monday between 2:15 and 6:15. At 12:44pm yesterday I received a text message from Bobs saying they would be at our house in 10 minutes (making it about 1pm) while Kevin's phone number was the primary they never once texted him or called him to let him know they were on their way. I was working, so they were told to call me ONLY if they couldn't get a hold of Kevin.. which they never contacted him at all. Kevin wasn't home yet because we had arranged the day to make sure we were home by 2:15. The delivery truck showed up at 1pm, apparently took a picture of the furniture and the entry way (which we have 2 ways to get in our house!) And the delivery people said the furniture wouldn't fit so they left. I called customer services irate, and they told me basically there was nothing they could do. That in their computer system the delivery was scheduled for between 1:45 and 5:45. And again, we were told there isn't a single thing they can do except reschedule for Thursday. Kevin already moved the old couches outside, we had nothing to sit on (Raelyn had no couch to sit on!) And they said they couldn't do anything! We didn't drop the ball.. Bob's did. That was around $2000 of furniture they were so willing to just throw away.

Now that our baby is here, I can honestly say: this recliner has been a blessing. It’s where we feed her, burp her, rock her to sleep… and sometimes doze off ourselves, baby in arms. It’s made those long newborn nights so much more bearable — even beautiful.

Read moreIf I could I would give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. The sales representative made promises that she or the company could not follow through with. Told us the bed would be delivered within the time frame that we asked. The day that it was supposed to be delivered, we go to the store and they tell us it was never brought to the store from the main warehouse and they needed another 2 weeks to receive it. We had to go to the main warehouse to pick it up because sleeping on a couch was no longer an option for our backs. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience that we were put through by having to drive an hour and a half away from our home to pick up some thing that we paid for to be delivered... Also I specifically asked three times to give me the iron rails, The sales person assured me that she was charging me for it tried very hard to sell me the useless mattress cover and definitely charged me for that but didn’t give me the things that I actually needed.
