My girlfriend and I took a class for the thing where you put the clay on the wheel and make stuff like that. The instructor was very helpful and informative. He made sure we knew what we were doing even though I clearly didn't need help at all because I am apparently a clay spinning legend. The fun part was they then glazed and cooked the pottery for us, so we got fun little keepsakes at the end. With their help, my mastery of the art of making bowls has been revealed. Please bow to your new pottery overlord.

I didn’t realize that this was a piece of life I was missing! Over the past 6 weeks I learned to let go of “the outcome” while I developed an inner calm. ☺️ Bonus - it has helped my pickleball game!! I am able to slow down and focus AND have more more at both activities. Anne is a great teacher!!

Did wheel date night. Inadvertently purchased two classes they wouldn't refund one even though I said the class was bad and my back hurt they insisted I could only get credit said that would send me proof of a credit at least which they didn't. I never even got that. On to the class the lady was too quite to start they suggest you wear dark colors then have you spend forever cleaning with bleach water. And more than a week or my back still hurts like hell. The class leader did not help me at all I got almost no finished item I stated various times I couldn't remember the steps due to my add I kept trying but she never offered help. It was a horrible experience and it was very hard to not ruin it for my mom when I took her for mother's Day on the verge of tears from pain not being helped and then asked to mess about in bleach with very hard to clean things that would have gotten less messy if they bothered to help me ever.

Re Your reply my class was full So that's irrelevant and I was told I would get email confirmation I could do a call in the future...

I had such a wonderful experience at Core Clay! I’ve taken one other wheel-throwing class before at a different studio, and it left me feeling pretty downtrodden about my pottery skills (or lack thereof). Years later, my partner signed us up for the 3-week class with Gabriella, and I was pretty hesitant at first. Gabriella did such a wonderful job at explaining the process and encouraging us through the ups and (many) downs that is wheel throwing. The class gave me the confidence to clean up my partner’s old wheel at home and make things with no instruction. Something that used to cause so much frustration is now such a peaceful and relaxing practice for me. Saya even offered to glaze our pieces when we weren’t able to make it to the studio to glaze them ourselves! The whole crew seems very knowledgeable, passionate, and patient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there and definitely recommend Core Clay to any and everyone looking for a...

Huge shoutout to Autumn & Laura for being our heros of the night. Absolutely loved our experience at Core Clay! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome—like we were old friends rather than first-time visitors. My whole family joined for a class, and the way they accommodated all of us (despite us getting the reservation wrong) was truly above and beyond. The instructors were not only incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but hilarious—we were laughing the whole time while actually learning a ton. They made pottery feel accessible and fun, and somehow managed to guide each of us to create something we were proud of. It’s rare to find a place that balances top-notch instruction with genuine warmth and humor, but this studio nails it. Can’t wait to come back—my family is already talking about making it a...
