Sat at the window for 10+ minutes straight while Tonya C walked around serving the front counter, including people that were pulling in and parking long after we’d been there, and didn’t bother to address us to politely let us know there was a delay. When she finally came to the window, I asked her about the deep dish pizza and she said, “nope, that’s lunch time only.” I looked at my significant other, both of us knowing this was a lie because that’s what we got the last time we got their pizza take out at dinner time. I then tried to clarify I didn’t want the lunch special, I wanted the pepperoni deep dish and she got flustered/annoyed and said, “we don’t got it.” So then I asked what they did have and she walked away mumbling under her breath, then yelled to the back, “I need a pepperoni deep dish” then came back to the window and said, “It’s $8.” I pay her, she turns around and says, “come back in 7 minutes.” So... it would’ve been helpful to know this before paying. I would’ve happily taken a $5 pepperoni to be on my way. We literally waited 20 minutes before we even ordered, between the cars in front of us and being ignored at the window. We then go inside to get the pizza and wait another 10 minutes. My significant other tries to talk to the manager and basically is told there are only 2 people working and they don’t have time to hear about it. I placed an order online at 5:19 PM with an expected pickup time of 5:34 PM. I arrived on time, expecting a quick and easy process. Instead, I didn’t leave the store until 7:15 PM—nearly two hours later.

During that time, I stood and waited, watching multiple customers come in after me and leave with their orders while mine was nowhere to be found. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks—a basic order that should have taken minutes, not hours.

After more than an hour of waiting, I asked for a refund because it was clear the order wasn’t coming. That request was completely ignored. I then spent about 40 minutes trying to speak to a manager. The manager stayed in the back and avoided coming to the front despite several employees telling him I wanted to speak with him.

When the manager finally appeared, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he tried to hand me food, even though I had made it clear that I wanted a refund at this point. When I reiterated that I no longer wanted the food, he became visibly angry, threw the pizza into the trash in frustration, and could be heard slamming things in the back.

This entire experience was completely unacceptable. A simple order should not take two hours. Ignoring refund requests and displaying unprofessional, angry behavior in front of customers is not acceptable at any business. I will absolutely never return to this location and strongly recommend others do the same if they value their time and expect basic...

This location is a joke. I pulled in at the drive-thru at 7:25pm and ordered a pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread. The employee told me to pull around and park and that he would bring my food to my car. 10 minutes after I parked, another car pulled up and parked next to me that went through the drive-thru. About 5 mins later another car parked that went through the drive-thru. 10 minutes later an employee walks out and gives food to the first car that parked after me. 5 mins later that same employee brought food out to the other car. I'm also pretty sure I witnessed a drug transaction since the employee also made a quick hand-to-hand transaction with the driver of that vehicle after pulling something out of his pants pocket. At 7:55pm, and my food still not ready, I knocked on the store window and told them I wanted a refund. 2 of the employees looked at me like I was stupid. One of them was the one that took my order at the drive-thru window and the other one was the one bringing the food to the cars. After another 5 minutes of telling them I wanted a refund after waiting 30 minutes for some pizza and crazy bread, a 3rd employee emerged from the back and issued a refund to my credit card. It's amazing that it took over 30 mins to get a pizza that generally is sitting in the oven already pre-made. Ironically my food was never made, even with 3 people there!!! The employees are incompetent teenagers. This place is trash!!! Go spend your money...
