HORRIFIC customer service and communication. It is impossible to get in touch with them, I finally got one person to call me and that was it. She quoted me a price for the trip and then I got an invoice through email the DAY BEFORE THE TRIP telling me that the price was DOUBLE of what was quoted. I never got a confirmation from them until I kept emailing them asking if they go the form the wanted us to send in. We had no idea where to enter or who would meet us. No communication. A person finally came out to meet us after we talked with people in Norwood's school office. It turns out this person was doing our program. She said everyone was sick so she would be doing it. The program was not what was described to me. I am still waiting to hear back about why the trip cost was twice what we discussed. This was just a MESS! it is a shame because the program wasn't bad. The whole thing lasted two hours and essentially cost my students $18 per person. I would avoid this trip. I was highly disappointed at how we were treated and the disorganization of the entire process. I walked out shaking my head. How does this place stay in business with...
Read moreI’m a Childcare Director and I had my school go here for a field trip recently. It was a terrible experience and my teachers refuse to go there again. The kids asked if they would have to go next year. The person leading this activity with the planetarium was awful. She was rude, sarcastic and belittling. We signed up to do the LEGO activity. I can’t believe what he told our kids who were as young as pre-K. She told them that if they couldn’t build the Legos back the way they were when they got them she would be very very mad at them. She continued to tell them this repeatedly. It breaks my heart that our kids were so intimidated. This was our most expensive Field trip of the year and it was a total waste. We will...
Read moreIf you are thinking about doing an event with them DON’T do it. I brought my family to a laser show and whoever was supposed to be attending the door wasn’t there to let us in. The planetarium is a room inside Norwood high school and every door to the building was locked at the start time of the show. I hate to leave a bad review but 1-we were on time at the right location and 2-the woman in charge of the shows is giving me pushback about a refund for my $60! Waste of time, disappointed kid, and now I have to pursue a chargeback...
