Ordered TWO quesadillas, a Mexican pizza, a Doritos locos tacos and a side of the quesadilla jalapeƱo sauce. Got to the window after an eternity, and was greeted kindly by the girl who took my payment. After checking my food I found only ONE quesadilla in the bag. I shared that I was missing a quesadilla and she asked me to hold. When she came back she asked me to check the bottom of the bag. I checked and let her know there was only one. She asked another lady who asked me to check the bag and after checking again I shared the same result. The second lady then confirmed what I figured had happened, I was only charged for one and I said that it was ok and that Iād like to order another. She said āokā and asked me to hold on. Up to this point all of the exchanges were cordial and non-confrontational. A large angry dude comes to the window and immediately raises his voice and says he took my order and that I only ordered one. I disagreed, he grew louder and seeing it was pointless to continue discussing what may have actually happened, I asked to order another quesadilla again so that I could dip it into the extra sauce I was just overcharged for. He refused stating he had a long line of cars behind me and sent me along without a receipt. Even if I had only ordered one quesadilla (I ordered two) this was the opposite of what customer service should be. It seems the other reviews on this store are accurate. This was also my second and last poor experience at the store which is unfortunate because I just moved into the neighborhood and was excited about 4th mealing here all the time. The first time I visited was ~20 mins prior to close and they were already almost done cleaning everything up to leave for the night. The employees wouldnāt even make eye contact with me or any of the other cars behind me that day to at least wave us off. They also close the dining room over an hour earlier than their hours state so you are forced to queue in the drive thru to receive the customer service I shared above. Based on the reviews, this franchisee/owner can care less about customer service and is happy to ruin the equity...

12/5/24: They couldn't take my order. It was noon and they had no food ready and said "we cannot take orders yet."
UPDATE 11/28/24: Ordered the classic chilito (chili cheese burrito) which was a complete nightmare. No meat or cheese in the tortilla, it was completely filled with orange fatty meat juice. Absolutely disgusting.
UPDATE 10/28/24: Drive-thru, She asked if I could pull around to the front and they would bring out my order. 7 cars are out here waiting! 7!!! 10 minute wait for 2 burritos.
UPDATE 10/15/24: I'm the only car in the drive thru during lunch, and upon ordering I requested a Dr.Pepper with my order. They replied with "we don't have ice, is that okay?" Never fails, this place is a complete failure.
UPDATE 3/13/24: I'm the 3rd car in line, as I watched the first car finally receive their order after about 10 minutes. The car in front of me waited another 5 minutes before he drove away empty handed. This is when I get to the window, expecting to pay a little over five dollars, when she tells me the cost of thirteen and some change. I reiterate my order, and as I watch these two people shuffling food from 3 different bags, I was in no way going to accept food that was in a bag for 10 to 15 minutes, and that's when I too finally left empty handed, and I also watched two cars behind me pull out and drive off as well. That was 5 cars to leave without a complete order!
UPDATE 1/3/24: They have started the New Year off at Rock Bottom. The lady at the drive-thru said she couldn't serve any food right now. How can you let it get this bad? 12/29/23 Update: they couldn't process a credit card at the drive-thru, and said I would have to come inside if I wanted to pay with a card.
10/10/23 Update: Waited 34 min. for 3 cars to order, I knew I couldn't give my money in good faith, to receive quality food. I went across the street to Arby's and received my order 2 min. STAY FAR AWAY FROM...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot good. There are only a handful of Taco Bells in the the Cinci area that don't give you insane attitude while trying to pass off congealed slop as food... And this ain't one of them. Sometimes the food seems freshly made. Most of the time it is clearly old, and I've had several experiences where it seems as though my food was literally dropped on the ground and then wrapped up and given to me. I really do not understand it - I am patient to a fault with all fast food workers, and I never complain because I know it's not a job that they're passionate about, and to think otherwise is just plain ignorant.. So I let a lot go. I smile and thank them every time, and always have my card ready when I pull up. But still, I rarely even get eye contact when they hand me my receipt and food/drink. Like others have said about this location, it's like a party in there for the employees and customers are just a nuisance bothering them. I waited 2-3 min just to give the woman my order through the speaker box. She told me to look over the menu and she would be right with me. That's fine, I appreciate that. I will give her time to do the other tasks she has at hand on the inside.. But after about 1 and a half minutes of just sitting with my car about to overheat, I asked if she was ready for my order and she says, quite eloquently, "Nope." and I wait another minute or more before she says "alright".
The culture at Taco Bell and every other fast food chain in Cincinnati is toxic and I advise you all to reconsider if it is worth it to bite into a cold, congealed, dirt encrusted burrito simply for the sake of convenience... Go to Blue Ash, Fairfield, West Chester even.. I'd bet my hat you won't get...
