I grew up in Norwood. To say how old I am ,let's just say those water towers where still in use when i was growing up there. So you guessed it! I'm old! I lived a block away from the Mound and as kids we played in these woods daily and as teens we would take our dates up to the towers and do teenage stuff. Lol. This Mound Definitely needs protection! We should NEVER walk on it. Most of you may not believe it but this Mound is Very sacred grounds. As a teenager I and another friend of mine was on top this Mound playing and suddenly both of us became overcome will nausea and I even vomited. Now this could be explained in many ways I guess but with my beliefs it was most certainly a sign to not disrespect this Mound. Its just a mound of fill dirt left over from the excavation of the land around this area when they was building the homes. I personally don't think any of that's true and do believe this is an actual burial ground and needs to be respected. Please take the swing down. I'm surprised to see a swing on top this Sacred place. Next time I visit and if it's still there I'll cut it down my self! Millennials have zero...
