I stopped by here at 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night, was asked to wait several times at the order speaker because they were changing shifts. In total, that probably lasted about 10 minutes. When they finally asked for my order, the person sounded completely unenthused, but I was willing to ignore that. They asked for my order and I asked for a number three, which is the 1921 sliders, but I asked for onion chips and a strawberry milkshake to go with them. I was told they don't have the 1921 burgers because they are frozen. I asked if I could get a different kind of meat but with all of the same stuff as the 1921 burger and was met with attitude because " all of their burgers are different." I didn't fully understand this, because I haven't had the chance to eat at a White Castle for quite a few years. I asked if the thing that made them different was the meat, and was again met with attitude because all of their burgers are different. I asked if I could get two sliders with whatever meet they had available with all of the same toppings as the 1921 burger, the caramel onions, the cheddar cheese Etc. I was met with attitude again, but told that they could do that. Again I was asked what I would like to go with my sliders and my fries, and I clarified that I wanted onion chips rather than fries as previously stated. I reminded her that for the drink I wanted a strawberry milkshake and she told me that they do not have milkshakes. I said okay never mind, I will go somewhere else. She said we will just give you a soft drink instead. I said no thanks, I'm going somewhere else and she replied, again with attitude, stating I guess we just don't have what you want. I'm not local, but if I ever come into the area again, I definitely would not go to the White Castle and would not recommend...
Read moreI visited this location on a Friday (today; 05/25/2017) at 6:45pm. I went inside and placed an order with my teenage daughter. When I went to pay, I only had a $100 bill in my wallet and 5 singles. The order was $15 something. The lady told me she couldn't break it without a manager and continued to stare at me as if I could make a $20 or such miraculously appear. No manager on duty I suppose as she wasn't budging to get anyone. She just stood there staring at me with a blank face. No apologies. No smile. Nothing. I was ready to say forget it, but my pregnant daughter wanted her WC's and we had to walk and find somewhere to break the $100 so we could go back and get the food.
Then after receiving our order they forgot to include our cheese cups of which I had to ask for.
I have a pregnant daughter and I spend at least $10 a day at this location. Add that up. That may not be much to Chestina, but it is a lot annually when added up for one to blow on take out food. They just lost that money from my wallet. It saves me up to 20 minutes drive through wait times and cash so thank you...
Read moreI arrived to pick up an Uber eats order and the lobby was closed so I went through the drive-thru. When I arrived at the speaker, I told them that I had an Uber eats pick up and I gave them the customers name and they told me to pull on through after waiting over 20 minutes they told me that I had to pull off to the side and wait for the food because they just received the order. I had two employees get rude with me including the manager and by the time I received the food I had been waiting 27 minutes. I’ve been delivering food for about a year and a half at this point and I know that it’s not going to take them 20 minutes to receive the order after I arrive at the restaurant that took me 10 minutes to drive to. They were just making excuses to try to cover their end for not doing their jobs. If a driver arrives at your speaker and you have not received the order, tell the driver that you don’t have an order and they can move on with their day. Don’t waste their time! This was an awful experience and I don’t intend on returning to...
