So my sweet mother in-law gifted me these cute earrings with my sons birthstone when I Gabe birth. A few days later my ears were all itchy so I took them to a jewelry store and they told me they weren’t real gold. I decided not to mention a word of it to her but almost a year later when we were strolling down on old town Novato I mentioned it to her and she said:” they are gold. They ruined my expensive watch and when I bring it back they say the policy of zero liability is written on the receipt (after the fact). The owner is a rude nasty individual. I'm sure this happens a bunch. He seems more than versed in dealing with unhappy customers. I had to add this after looking at the response from the owner. The watch I had repaired was a waterproof watch. Why would you need to ask for water proofing if that's the way the watch was intended. Anyway, more lies and incompetence....
