Novato Skatepark — Attraction in Novato

Long sprawling skating surfaces. Outer top rim to skate around the whole skating area. Has a few obstacles to do grinding and jumps. It seems to be for beginners-medium difficulty level…since we gave it a try!

Scary & fun to learn. Bring your protective gear for your protection & preferred wheels. Also they have signs posted that violators will get fined without a helmet.

The park has easy free parking lot and large grassy field for dogs or field games?

Easy to get to near the highway exit.

Met some nice skaters of all ages. It’s fun to see the kids and parents skating with each other as a generational family time sports.

Just visited the skatepark for the first time yesterday. It's a medium-sized park with some good transitions and metal coping on most of the bowls. No large pools. Not too much space around for street skating-related tricks. The park was clean overall. No trash and very little debris in the bowls.
