I ordered a grande latte and Cathy was alone at that time. She gave me a Medium and while i was i On the phone wouldn’t realize it . Came back for a large latte next day and brought the medium cup to ask for a refill. She was extremely rude and her coworker even worse about it. I tried to apologize and they wouldn’t even look at me. The barista asked something from behind the glass and other lady approached so I figured the barista was talking to other client. When she gave me the latte she asked me if it was skim milk. I said I didn’t care about the milk, all I asked was for a decaf. She through away my coffee with a very rude move and did a new one from scratch which I didn’t ask. I told her I was ok with skin milk. Very rudely again she said she had asked me. Didn’t look at me when I explained I haven’t heard it. Both really rude. A shame since if they had other attitude I would have given them the $5 cost of the coffee as a tip. No need to be so rude with...
Read moreStarbucks, especially the ones in Safeway, do not have the greatest ratings especially by us coffee snobs. But today my partner and I had fantastic cups of decaf from this Safeway Starbucks. Thank you thank you thank you to have her this guy is. You...

Putting the wiped up mess into my cupholder, I noticed that she had in addition to ensuring that the coffee would spill out of squashed-top cup and not tight lid, she had stuck a sliced open (too small) cardboard thingie around the cup. So, Starbucks in Ignacio Safeway whose sole employee at @ 1:00pm Mon, May 3, 2021, do you think it is smart to serve customers cups with too small parts so their products and...
