Cindy I have been to your establishment several times more than 20. I love the teriyaki chicken. Iāve never had a problem until today. Iāve seen you there on several occasions and you have spoken to me. Today August 12, 2025 I ordered my usual a large Teriyaki Chicken and Cabbage only with white rice on the side. Today my food was put in the small bows however I paid $17.47. Therefore, my teriyaki chicken and cabbage should have been placed in the large bowl. Itās OK if the rice was put in a smaller bowl I brought it to their attention they poured my food into the large container.?Number one that is Unsanitary they were supposed to discard the food that had been bagged up and made me a new dish. I watched them laugh and giggle while doing this I politely told him I didnāt want it. I got my money back. Iām saying all this to say CINDY and Gary you need to train the servers they donāt know Customer Service. One of them (a female)?looked as though she could be her coworkers parent, in my opinion, too old to be laughing and giggling with them at a mistake that her coworker had made. She should have been teaching the correct way l but then again you canāt teach what you donāt know. From what I saw she doesnāt know any better at least thatās what I observed. She was Hispanic, matter of fact every employee on that shift (4:15pm) was Hispanic, latino , or of Mexican descendent. CINDY and Gary, you were both there one day, and CINDY. You told the employee, the cashier how to place my order 2 weeks ago although prior to today Iāve never had a problem. Cindy I remember you telling the cashier how to place order. I ask for a large order my cabbage and chicken in the large container and put my rice on the side in a small container. I paid $17.47 for a large container. Thatās what I want thatās what I pay for And Iām sure you will agree for future reference. You need to teach your employees Good customer service. People gonna always order different. Everyone eats differently, No two people are alike. I wonāt be back but then again itās OK. I know where to get Good Customer Service. Marin County has Beautiful Restaurants all over with Good Food. My dad was a chef and had a restaurant in Marin County. He taught me all about the food industry. Customer Is Always Right. Best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is decent. I got a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with the noodles and a side of crab rangoons. The chicken is pretty spicy which is good but the noodles were really plain. I added the teriyaki sauce they gave on the side and it definitely gave the bowl a lot more flavor. The crab rangoons were delicious. Service was a little slow but I guess thatās to be expected for an opening. Kind of crowded in there though
Came back a second time. Ordered a junior spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and a junior chicken teriyaki bowl with yakisoba noodles. When I got my order (for here) I opened my bowl with the noodles and no joke there was maybe 3 pieces of noodle in there. IF THAT, and a ton of veggies. I called the person who brought them to me back and showed her and she said oh did you order the yakisoba noodles? Thatās how they come. I said I paid a dollar extra for noodles and thereās no noodles. I ordered this last time and there was plenty of noodles, I had ordered a smaller size this time but still. And she said she would take it back and tell the kitchen. She brought me back a bowl with more noodles but everything was mixed all together and it was very soupy. The first time I ordered here the bowl came nice with the noodles in one pile chicken on top and the vegetables on the side. Definitely not worth my time or money $40 down the drain. Donāt come here hungry cause it takes a while for the food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I had a lovely lunch here today. The counter staff was friendly and efficient, even when we had to wrangle our two year-old. The restaurant is large and clean with plenty of seating, and even a few patio tables outside.
The owner, Cindy, and her husband, Gary, came by our table to make sure everything went OK and to introduce themselves. They made us feel right at home, were very friendly, and even gave us some exciting updates on Hamilton marketplace. After the food came, we were even more delighted, because it was delicious. Even our notoriously picky two-year-old loved it!
The only recommendations for improvement I would suggest is there was two confusing specials called the spicy orange chicken and the orange spicy chicken. More of a differentiation would be helpful, although this may be controlled by corporate. Also, some sort of a kids menu with possibly smaller portions and prices would be great.
Great addition to the neighborhood! We will...
