Let my food get cold while I stood there waiting instead of simply asking me what my order number was for an online pickup order when I was standing right there prior to the order even being ready. If an order is ready and customers are standing at the pickup counter waiting it's pretty easy to just say order number --- is ready or ask those standing in front of you what there order numbers are to see if it could be theirs! Don't just stuff it on a shelf to get cold, especially when there's ice cream in the order that was melting away at the same time. The size of the ice cream compared to the cost when it was half melted was also very disappointing. I know everything has gone up in price, but I've been here before and received at least a full cup for the price. Now you get a lot less for more money. Fortunately, the burger was excellent even if it was cold, and the ice cream was more like a really cold cup of whole chocolate milk than ice cream, but again, absolutely delicious even melted! You have a great product but is that enough nowadays to keep a restaurant in business for years to come? I had my burger delivered by caviar/door dash, unclear who made the delivery. I don’t understand how it happened but my apt # was not included on my address. I sent text after text to make sure they had my correct address. I sent a direct text to the number provided me but it wasn’t in service. During this process, I was told that my order had been delivered. I live in a large apartment complex. Given that my order did not arrive at my address, I contacted the company again. This time they were available to tell me that it was just too bad that I didn’t get my order and, additionally, that I had no recourse. Also, my cost was $19.00 when I checked out, but I was charged over $25. I eventually decided to just walk around the side walk around my building. I eventually found a damp bag sitting on the ground. I assumed that it was likely my order from over an hour previous. Needless to say, it wasn’t edible. I have no recourse for this eve though this was once a wonderful burger place that is just across the highway from me. If my car was running I would have run over and gotten it myself.
