We worked with SoundVision as a part of a broader home renovation, recommended by both our Architect and GC. Our system includes home theatre and Sonos integration for sound in various rooms. Without hesitation I can say SV is a highly professional outfit with outstanding customer focus. From my first conversations with Rody, through design, install and final calibration the SoundVision grew were outstanding to work with.

Through the design and proposal process, Rody was flexible to our needs and changes we wanted to make from the initial proposal, including integrating existing equipment we had into the overall system. Albert did the initial programming and made some adaptations to our system to accommodate a non standard scenario. When it was time for install, Jared with assistance from Eric, were very meticulous in putting together a super clean install as you can see from the pictures. Jared even provided video tutorials for operating the various system components.

Finally, David performed QC and final system calibration and the sound is absolutely fantastic. My kids couldn’t stop saying “this sounds like the movie theatre!”

We used Soundvision in connection with our remodel to install a large TV over our fireplace, add in ceiling speakers throughout several rooms, improve our WiFi throughout the house and establish a new centrally controlled sound system along with a few other matters. From the initial planning and equipment selection stages throughout construction and installation we had an excellent experience. Our client service manager, Rody, was very knowledgeable and personable in helping us decide the type of equipment we selected. We could go to their office to compare the quality of the competing TVs we were considering. We made one initial decision that the construction around it ultimately undercut its benefit. This required some unexpected visits to our home to examine the situation. Resolving the issue was important to keeping our construction moving. Rody made time for us in his otherwise very busy schedule so that we could make decisions and keep our project moving. Their installation work was accomplished with people who were professional and personable in explaining what was being done. With the work completed we are enjoying our new audio and video equipment with excellent quality of performance. With any construction project there are always adjustments that occur during the process. Strongly recommend the SoundVision team. They are a tight knit team that have excellent processes in place for how they work. All of their installations (even complex ones) were seamless and they thoroughly documented everything. We’ve interacted with half a dozen of them over the course of our ground up multi year remodel and everyone was by far the best service provider we worked with out of our entire project. They collaborated very reasonably and promptly with our other subcontractors. Since we’ve moved in, whenever we’ve had occasional issues that touch their installed ecosystem, they have been as willing and able to help us as when we first hired them. When you call their support, they know your system intimately and have remedied issues within 5-10 minutes without needing to always make a house call. Not shocking once you knew them, as it is their character, but completely stellar level of service compared to the broader industry.
