The Good Feet Store — Attraction in Novi

We had an amazing visit today with Mike Gold at The Good Feet Store in Novi. We are long-time customers (have had Good Feet Store inserts for 23 years). This was our first experience with this store. First, we vouch for these inserts as the best investment you can make for your feet in your life. They have been “The Answer” for my foot and body alignment health that entire time. Second, no matter how good a product is, the customer experience relies on the staff in the store. Mike was a “leave no stone unturned” guy in terms of getting to our peak comfort level with our new/replacement inserts. We’re sincerely grateful for the time and attention he put in to our individual situations. We’re big fans of The Good Feet Store, and glad to know there is one in Novi now. And thank you Mike Gold. On February 25th, my wife (Dee) and I met with Chance at the Novi Store and did the evaluation. Chance answered all our questions and concerns with true professionalism, there was no rushing us during the experience of evaluation on these supports. He did not pressure us to make the purchase, and knew the cost prior to leaving the store. We went back home to make a decision on what to do. On February 26th, my wife returned to the store, Chance then reviewed everything, let my wife put the inserts in different shoes, and we made the purchase. I had no idea what The Good Feet Store was about when I walked in but I knew I needed help to be able to walk without lower back pain. Chance, our sales associate, was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind in educating me and helping me decide what would be the best route for me to successfully get my feet back to the art of walking. I loved everything about this store. And, their Therapeutic Foot Massager was so awesome that I bought one to use at home. Seriously, if you have foot pain, leg pain or back pain, check this place out. It may be pricy, but for me, I could never put a price on something that will help me...
