Shake Shack Novi — Restaurant in Novi

So…. I came in for a pickup. I can clearly see that my order is ready on the pick up table. There is a white male at the counter taking care of a customer with a gift card, which was fine. However… he walked by me 5 times… mind you, my order is visibly ready. All he had to do is ask me why I’m standing there. His 6th time walking by me, he completely abandons the counter and proceeds to go to the back making drinks. 8 minutes have passed by the way. 2 other employees walked by me as well. 3 more minutes pass and I see the male again( no name tag.. I wish he did because I would have preferred to leave his name) I stop him and say can o please have my order that’s been sitting there since I arrived. His entire disposition was rude. Anyway he verified my order and I went about my way. All I can say is…. This was very rude. For such so called upscale burger restaurant…. The customer service completely sucks. The food is good though but if I have to subject myself to service… it’s a hard pass. See my order just sitting there on the phone getting...

I was so bummed to see Primanti Brothers close down, and thought that Shake Shack had some big shoes to fill and boy did they. This location is so clean and pristine-all the staff are attentive, cheerful, and efficient. I have ordered at both the kiosk and at the counter, and both times have been very simple. The food is delicious-I haven't had such a flavorful veggie burger in a long time! I also like how the staff gets along with one another, and you can see that the kitchen works very well together. Nobody looks stressed out or pissed off-even during big rushes which just speaks to how well they are being trained by an efficient manager. Big ups to this place for running like a well oiled machine! Interior is clean as well, you can tell the employees take pride in their work. I always overtip when I come here!!! You...

This This is my second time at this Shake Shack, and both visits have been equally disappointing, making it by far the worst location I’ve been to. I’ve visited multiple Shake Shacks in the area, which are usually busy, bustling, and serve delicious food quickly. This place, however, is painfully slow. Nobody in the restaurant was eating because they were still waiting for their orders. I had an online order that was supposed to be ready at a specific time, but it took an extra 10 minutes, and when I finally got my food, it was already cold. I ate in my car, and the experience was just awful. This location desperately needs new management and staff to match the quality of other Shake Shacks. Save your time and...
