We've used this company for public notary help, ground and air shipping, and a variety of needs over the years. Shelley and Kyle have always gone above and beyond to ensure items arrive on time and intact, and years ago, even kindly helped our little 4 year old find a bathroom when no one else would. That small kindness, which we now know happens on the regular here, won us over big time. Over the years, they've helped us figure out how to do Amazon scans (when even the distro center by the airport wouldn't!), and do so many things that you want but won't find at a big shop.

Their hours are excellent, beating government and big shipper office hours. It is also very reassuring to deal with the same folks over time. Plenty of free parking, good COVID-19 protocols, and speedy service. They've always picked up the phone if any questions.

Horrible experience! These people always assume that you have access to the internet! They claim that they can only check your mail if you give them a number that they post on their website within in your account. The problem is that they do not assist you if you don’t have access to check online! Or they did not assist me! THE lady that works there gets nasty and would not tell me if I had any mail when I told her I have not been online in the account! So instead of her telling me if I had mail or not (like a decent human being)she told me “you have to be responsible.” So I told her that I am being responsible by asking her if I had mail and I told her thank you! Then she tried to argue with me, a paying customer, and I said thank you again and she just hung up on me! I IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY BUSINESS...

Spent $2k+ and shipped a large historical antique stateside. Mirror piece arrived broken, not a big deal it was coming back to be restored. Specifically asked the autograph in back to be preserved at all costs at any price and that it was in chalk, it smudges so add a protector. No additional protection, they shrink wrapped it so the wrap peeled off the chalk and didnt add protection so several letters were damaged. If you arent going to preserve value don't advertise it. Now I have a piece I cant donate nor display.

EDIT: No I'm not interested in recouping insurance or working further with you. You also packed an iron crucifix without padding into the collection of scrimshawed eggs by my family and I have two destroyed eggs as well. I'm good. I'll solve...
