Negative, ordered a meal which comes with chicken and noodles and they gave me rice instead ok thats fine human error i reach home when i made the discovery about the food, but with a closing hours of 8:30pm i try to call 8:28 just to inform them of the mistake call 3 times no answer so i took pictures of the meal, went the next day to rectify the matter, showed them the picture, this lady i dont know who she is if its a supervisor or what but telling me that if i had came the same day she could have changed the meal but she olny can discount me $2 off my next purchase which is the price of the noodle, i said lady i need my noodle, she saying she need to know whether or not the cashier had charge me $2 extra for the noodle first cause she can give me back my $2, first thing they dont issue a receipt with the name of what your order its just a total receipt and they circle what you order on the sheet and give it tothe servers in the kitchen, i showed her the total receipt, am like miss i am not making a purchase am here about my noodle, about 4-5 minutes discussing $2 and noodle, " what about proper customer service your cashier made a mistake give the the customer a meal asap and apologize" not to be there back and forth with a customer about $2 vs noodle, this lady was on to me like i need an attorney..................that's the last they gonna see...

Food was ok, I had the beef stew. I couldn't help but feel that they make it so hot that it burns your tongue so that you don't notice how bland it is.

Any normal joint will give you a full scoop of Mac salad, but here you only get a 1/4, a 1/3 maybe. Not that you don't get a lot of food, and decent food at that. But for $14, I was hoping for a bit more.

Refills are 52¢, which seems a bit petty to me. I don't remember the last time I payed for a refill.

They offer a lot of different food selections which can be confusing and overwhelming.

The decor and layout could definitely use a a facelift and seemed like it could be cleaner.

I'm sure you wont miss the giant sign on the front door, but there are no public restrooms here either.

All in all I'm glad I got to experience this place, but I would probably find a cleaner, more hospitable dinning experience at the McDonald's 200 ft away.

Oh, and my favorite part, which really showed me how penny pinching this company is, was when they forgot to give me a fork, so I went back inside and asked for one, and the cashier, (a different one than the one who took my order,) Asked if I ordered my...

I ordered the shoyu chicken, fries, and Portuguese sausage fried rice, came out about $30+. Okay, why is it 4 stars? I didn't realize the shoyu chicken came out like what's pictured (see photo). I was disappointed and probably won't order it anymore lol like I said, I didn't expect it to be like that, I was used to seeing shoyu chicken cooked differently. Maybe they need to change the name of that dish lol other than that, everything else was delicious. Yes, the shoyu chicken I ordered tasted good though, so I'll give points for that. Anyways, see photos for more information. They accept all kine payments; temperature check is required if you're dining in (I think, may have to double check on that, although you will need to be tracked if dining in, in case whatever happens from Covid). As there were dine in tables with social distancing enforced. There is an only $.52 refill and plenty parking. No bathroom and no outside food allowed. Ask for utensils, etc.. if taking out,...

Ok.. first off.. the staff here are amazing! They are extremely friendly, great personality and humorous. When you walk in, you just feel welcomed! Place was extremely busy when I arrived. It looked like I was just missing the lunch rush. There was only 1 table left for seating. This first visit, I ordered fish & chips, bento, chicken katsu, fried saimin and I think it was called 7 layer jello. Now this fish & chips were delicious. The batter was light and golden. The fish was flakey and moist. It was perfection. Fries were a bit overcooked for my preference, however I ordered a cup of gravy that just made it amazing. The fish and teri beef was the star for the bento. I really didn't care for their chicken katsu. Their fried saimin was decent. You can taste that they make their own noodles. I'd say it in my top 5 of best fried noodles I've had. All in all, it was a great first experience and I look forward to coming here again!

Best fried saimin on island. Place has been around since the early 70s in Mililani and was always known for big portions and great prices. *Tip* Call ahead to order and when you walk in theres a phone order line that you can walk up to and pay for your food🤙 They make the saimin noodles in house and ask for the shoyu/hot mustard packets to give it the extra kick. Havent really had a bad dish here, I always get the fried saimin, shoyu chicken ala carte, sweet sour beef eggplant, and teri meatballs🤙
