PLEASE SEE COVID UPDATE BELOW: There are two sides to the swap meet; for the locals and for tourists. Let me go into explanation of what I mean. For the locals, we have vendors selling stuffs ranging from pots, pans, knives, cars for sale, car parts, plants, can food such as corn beef, spam, to beauty products of Avon, fish, phone products for iPhone and Android, several farmers market, it's basically a wide open garage sale. For the tourist side, we have businesses selling souvenirs and trinkets like shirts, wood carvings, bathing suits, etc... all for a good price ranging from $.50-$100+. There are bathrooms available throughout the whole stadium and food stands selling hotdogs, drinks, and whatnot. Plenty of parking available, make sure you have an umbrella, water because trekking through the swap meet can make you thirsty, however, there are vendors selling coconut for $5 ($6) if you have a thirst for it. ATM for a $3.75 fee. Cash debit, credit accepted at selected vendors. Entrance fee is $1/person, kids under the age of 12 is free. Strollers recommended for your kids unless you're there to buy one (check out the local side sellers) location are subject to change at times but they now have an area for the locals ( Aisle A, B, C). You can find the best deals at these aisles and make sure to bargain first before settling on the asking price. Anyways, good place to check out. Support local! COVID UPDATE/EDIT: If you are planning to sell at the swapmeet, Saturday and Sundays only AND they also raised the price from $15 to $25. All signs of social distancing is posted throughout the swapmeet, each vendor should have at least hand sanitizer and signs provided by the swapmeet staff at checkin (vendors FYI), wearing masks is encouraged and a must. There are security guards around who will enforce it. Vendors are also spread out as in 2 car parking space in between. Alot of vendors selling masks, hand sanitizer. There used to be massage vendors, they haven't been back since the covid. Food vendors from the stadium is closed except for one or two, I think they are associated with the stadium. They are usually located by where they usually sell food. There are some increase in prices with selected vendors so expect that.

Every time I come to Oahu, we have to stop by the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace. This trip I went right after breakfast on Saturday, March 5. It's $1 a person to get in and they have the BEST souvenirs to bring home at the cheapest prices by a long shot. It honestly seems like it's getting cheaper every time that I visit. From cheapest to most expensive: Aloha Stadium Swap Meet ABC Store Costco Wal-Mart Target Drugstore Airport There are actual artisans making / carving their products there, as well as resellers who have every type of Hawaiian clothing, lei or jewelry under the sun. Between all of my Hawaii visits, I have probably 25 sarongs, with the cheapest being from the swap meet here on Oahu. You can get them for as cheap as $5 and a dozen extra long shell leis for $5-$8 depending on the stall. For whatever reason, a lot of tourists wear matching outfits with their spouse or kids - which my husband hates. So many vendors here sell these matching sets of clothes. They definitely have a bunch of food vendors selling everything from malasadas, which are a filled, fried donut, to fresh coconuts, to Hawaiian mix plates that always come with a protein & two scoops of white rice and a scoop of macaroni salad (made with grated Maui onion.) If you know you're going to get souvenirs, you should stop here first.

I have been coming to Aloha Stadium Swap Meet since I was a kid, however, since Covid I have not returned yet. I still have medical issues i need to take care of so until then, my Sister and Nephew stopped by Lin’s stall to pick up a treat for me. They have tons of awesome local snacks there. Anywhere from dried fruit, candies, mochi crunch, fresh fruit & much much more. You definitely have to check it out! I usually pick up bags of stuff from there but since they didn’t know what I buy from there they went with a guaranteed favorite of mine, Li hing Gummy Bears 🐻. I was very happy! 😍 they are yummy! I add extra Li Hing powder to my bag. I also love shopping for things for my hair (hair ties, clips and flowers) and Aloha Friday wear. Hats and cheap slippers too! Good also for toys for kids and tons of souvenirs for visitors- gourmet salts, nuts, cooking oils, fruit spreads, baked goods etc. Also talented Local Artisans as well. When I eventually go back, i will post alot more pictures 👍 07/23/2023 My Sister picked us up a few goodies from the swap meet again. My mom got the Ginger Wafer Cookies and I got the Li Hing Sour Wild Strawberry and Li Hing Sour Apples. (I shared it with my husband 😉) Lin’s is definitely the go to place for snacks here at Aloha Stadium, prices are very reasonable too!
