Joy was amazing! It was unlike any experience I’ve ever had. Joy was patient with me, she asked me how much pressure I needed and adjusted as I instructed her. I felt very comfortable and at ease the whole time. I would have liked a private room but I was pleasantly surprised how I didn’t mind the community room. I was so wrapped up in how great everything felt it didn’t bother me. The staff scheduled us with no problems. I even called to reschedule and they were so flexible and didnt mind the changes. I’ve had good and mediocre experiences here. I’ve been 3 times. I have done a lay down table massage twice and once in the private room. My first massage with Alan was great. The one in the private area was also decent. I went back and had another massage. Despite communicating with the therapist multiple times regarding what area I wanted to focus on/pressure, the massage was uncomfortable, and he did not focus on the area I specifically went in for. Had a date night with my husband and we wanted to get foot massages before our movie....worse foot massage I've gotten EVER. Sore, uncomfortable, nothing about it felt good. AND the old Asian man massaging my feet opted to give my a calf and upper thigh massage too?? Yeah no. Even the Polynesian woman massaging my husbands feet wasn't doing a good job either. He said we paid for him to have his feet tickled and not massaged. We texted each other the entire time of how terrible it was for each of us. NEVER AGAIN and I would not recommend this place to anyone....
