Sadly, while trampolining is fun and we felt safe with our 3 kids jumping there, we had a hard enough time simply getting in, getting our alotted time (1 hour pre booked online) and the arcade.
Checking in was terribly difficult. Despite having done everything online, the staff errantly mistook our booking for another whilst another staffer, just clocking out, was interrupting incessantly to crack jokes. We spent over 25 mins checking in with two different people. And we were docked for it by not being able to jump our full hour that we paid $17 for. Not a super big issue, but good faith, mature decision making would have been helpful or just plain prudent here.
About the arcade - DON"T. Neglect is rampant. That which wasn't broken took 4.50 of the $15 card we purchased. When we inquired about the machine taking money, the young staff dubiously looked at me and my 9 year old daughter saying, "well, we don't know if you took the 'out of order' sign off it..." then confusingly tried to explain how they don't do refunds. I was quite surprised by that. Shockingly poor use of words. we simply stated the fact it took our money and that we think it, too, may be broken. But hey, we were at fault for it, too. Happy birthday to my daughter! Can you tell her that again, please?
It seems to me the organization is better off removing the liability that is the arcade and could repair a few springs on the various trampolines. Sadly, virtually every interaction with an employee was just immature and left you wondering, "did he/she really just say that?" when all we really wanted to receive what we paid for: an hour of jumping and a $15 card for the kids to play.
We won't be returning to iTrampoline.
*We appreciate your response to our review, but as I mentioned, our family will not be returning to iTrampoline. Staff and management had ample opportunity to make this right with my daughter and family; you did not. You even have on record our contact details as a result of our online booking and my name from this review, and you've still...

When we decided to bring my son here, I originally thought I was just going to purchase 30 mins because what adult can jump around that long? But since it was only $3 more I decided to go for the hour. It was a good choice. I think an hour was just enough for us to jump with our son. Of course, he wanted more but an hour really is a long time.
We went at 1030 in the morning shortly after they opened up. It wasn’t very busy. This place is basically a warehouse structure, so when it’s hot outside, it gets hot inside quick since the AC isn’t really throughout the whole structure. Since it was the end of July, by 1100 it was getting pretty warm in there and by 1130 this place was getting crowded so it really started to get warm in there.
This place has a few different activity areas to check out. They have a regular jump area, the drop zone which is a jump into a big foam filled air bag, basketball hoops, and dodgeball area. They also have a video game area with some basic games and a couple of air hockey tables. The games take quarters and there is a change machine on site.
The bathrooms here are small, but AC’ed and clean. They offer ice cream and some hot foods that can be purchased from the vending and food area.
I definitely want to come back here. It was a lot of fun for the family, but I think I am going to wait until we are in the cooler fall months to do so.
TLDR; Buy your tickets online. Bring your own grippy socks or purchase them there. Don't bring helium balloons. Different activities there besides just jumping. Go in the morning or in the...
Read moreITrampoline is 1 of the worse fun zone established I have every been too in hawaii. 1st off the refund policy is so wrong. I went there with my daughter which is 2 and my niece which is around 7 and wife. The 3 ladies decided to jump and I just took photos and watched. My niece kind of hurt her leg well ankle 15 minutes into our 1 hour jumping session So I went to ask if I could get a refund because she couldnt finish her 45 minute jump. They simple told me sorry we dont do refunds for the jumps. I tried to explain we just started jumping and she fell on her ankle wrong so she dont want to continue. All the guy repeated to say is just yea sorry we dont do refund on jumps and that I could read online for the refund policy which basically says the same thing. I feel there has to be some type of limitation to that none refund policy or getting hurt should void a no refund policy especially for kids. Secondly it's a kids friendly play area so let the kids have fun. Yes workers should watch out for the best interest of the kids but the workers as I sat and watch did nothing put playing around with each other and stop the kids from having fun by simply scolding them on rules and regulations that the workers are not following. I seen workers chasing each other and jumping on the same mat as coworkers and stop kids from playing because kids are being kids. It made a handful of kids go sit down with an attitude because the workers keep stopping them for playing. Last they didnt have a food court or anything other than vending machines a few drink selections and dip and dots to purchase. This was my 1st time going out to the establishment and I tell u I wouldnt recommend anybody to go for a party or just spare time. It's a waste of...
