Highly recommend Paul Feliciano. Very knowledgeable with vehicles information and he will not pressure you and give you time to decide the best car for your family. He is knowledgeable with Military system and helped us with paperworks needed to lease our vehicle. He will give you his honest opinion what's best for us, specially with our unpredictable time in HI. His service and commitment to his job is above and beyond.
Update: We lease a vehicle as mention above after a year of leasing we decided to buyout the lease and the car for the reason that we can’t register it under the non-resident form from Military which we were told we can before we purchased the car from Paul. When we buying out the vehicle Garrett (Sales Person) and Cliff (Sales Manager) are the people helping us for our buyout as i got the quote and get the money to pay it off the quote raise because added the registrations and fees like $400+ i was like i can register it myself under non-resident for $25-30. Garrett stated thats not how it goes the dealership supposed to register the car then i was like why i’m paying $400+ if i can do my non-resident form is that why i’m buying out my lease and car so i can register it properly, Garrett stated that KIA is not making any money as he goes back to recalculate and guess speak to manager Cliff. We were thinking how KIA not earn any money if i went to lease the vehicle for a year which i paid $6490.80 then i have a downpayment of $4000 and repurchased the vehicle for $33058 how KIA did not earn any money so they change it to $30.50 and i was told they will mail my tags, registration, title 4-5 weeks i call them 5 weeks mark and still pending telling me that they have not receive the title, Chase another Sales Manager telling us i could have register my car upon purchase the vehicle i was exactly but Garrett said that was not how it goes this means that their staff is unknowledgeable on their policies they can’t register the vehicle without the title that why it is pending we track the title we found out that was release, mailed, received by ALOHA KIA MAUI on 06MAY but when we contacted them which his name is Steven (Sales Manager) they mailed and forward already to ALOHA KIA LEEWARD. This is frustrating that we get pased around by different managers and, sales reps and looks like they backstab each other oh others said it is not supposed to be like that oh that person is new he doesn't know. As a customer who paid $43000+ for a 2024 KIA midsize SUV, I should bought a Tesla for that amount plus all the frustrations given with this dealership. Until now I don't have my title my vehicle is not registered and they still don't know what happened, NO FOLLOW UP we have to keep calling I will BET that they just give me my title and forget about registering it, and betting paying a lot for penalty that I could avoided in the 1st place THANK YOU Garrett for your HELP (SARCASTIC) I want to file a complaint. When I bought My car I was told it would be 90 days until I get my registration and my license plate. 90 days passed and I did not get my registration or license plate. I do understand that Hawaii is changing their license plates. However this was not the issue. The issue was the dealership not following up on my license plate. I ended up having to go to the DMV myself Wait in long lines and get my license plate and registration on my own. I was reimbursed however, I had to sacrifice my time on top of Kia many times. That was just one of the headaches that I encountered after my purchase. The second problem was that Kia never sent my title to my lienholder. My lienholder kept calling me and telling me that they do not have my title and that they cannot get a hold of Kia via phone email or mail. My lienholder kept calling me for several months after my purchase telling me the same thing. I called Kia and they were not responsive. Finally someway somehow my title got sent to the correct person but it Took a lot of time on my part calling Kia several times not being able to get through them And then calling my lienholder telling them I was not able to get a hold of Kia. The last problem I had, which is what prompted me to write this review (I was just gonna let it all go) I was told several times by my sales person that the advantage care prepaid service program would work anywhere in the US. I told the sales person that I was moving and asked him several times if the advantage care would work where I was going and he said yes, it works anywhere, Multiple times. Turns out The Kia dealership where I am now knows nothing about it so after four days of calling Kia Leeward and not getting through to them,I ended up calling Kia Airport And one of the service representatives there told me that that was a false statement and that the advantage care prepaid program does not work anywhere, Only other dealership.
