Kahuku Point — Attraction in Oʻahu

Good 1.3 mile walk to Kahuku point. It starts at the Turtle bay resort parking lot. My 3 year old completed it by himself so it’s definitely kid-friendly. The only irritating thing was giving way to golf carts every 10 minutes. It kinda took away from the experience. Parts of loop is paved, but once you get to the point, it’s beautiful. The Google map direction to Kahuku point is wrong. It takes you to an unnamed road that leads to a private property with no public access to the beach.

The public access to Kahuku point is through Turtle Bay resort, where one can park at the public beach access at the north end of the resort for free and have access to the Kahuku point.
