⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection – A Full Day of Relaxation at Nalu Spa

From start to finish, my experience at Nalu Spa was nothing short of incredible. I spent the entire day indulging in the Ho’onanea Massage, Uplifting Power Facial, Signature Pedi, and a wash and blowout—and I can confidently say it was the most pampered I’ve ever felt.

At 40, I’ve had my fair share of facials, but this one was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every service was delivered with care, and the attention to detail made all the difference. The ladies at the front desk checked on me throughout the day, ensuring I had everything I needed—even refilling my water bottle with filtered water since I wasn’t drinking their (delicious) infused water.

The outdoor relaxation area was the perfect escape—I loved unwinding with a book and listening to the waves. The sauna, plush robes, and cozy blankets added to the luxury, and the homemade scrub was the perfect way to refresh after my massage. I even got to take home a custom salt scrub, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Jessie in the salon was fantastic! Not only did she do my pedicure, but she also took extra care during my blowout to ensure I was completely date-night ready. She even placed a fresh orchid in my hair, which stayed in beautifully all evening—such a special detail!

From start to finish, Nalu Spa goes above and beyond to create a personalized, luxurious experience. Every little touch—from the sample lip balm to the warm hospitality—made me feel truly taken care of. I can’t wait to come back!...

We arrived early and got to utilize the “quiet” waiting area outside after changing in their very nice locker room. They had relaxing music playing and light refreshments available while we waited with a good view of the ocean. Wasn’t too quiet because you could hear resort guests walking by, but it didn’t distract too much from the experience. Our massage therapists Brenda and Starr were on time and led us to a nice room with an open view for a couples massage (one prenatal). They asked if we had focus areas or areas to avoid and remembered those details throughout the 90-min package we bought. They did a really great job! When we finished, we had the option to go back to the quiet area for longer or wrap up in the locker room before checking out. The locker room had nice showers and a sauna, and was stocked with additional scrubs and lotions. Checkout was easy and we got to take home some Hawaiian bath salts! I had hoped to provide this feedback in the survey that was sent by Nalu after my visit, but their site seems to be down....

First, the staff was lovely and friendly and I've never felt more welcome at a spa. My facial was outstanding. My only complaint is with the nail services. First, it was made clear several times before and during my appointment that I have an allergy. The CBD mani/pedi included that ingredient in the products and it wasn't made known to me until it was already on my skin.

I was still charged for this service despite not going through with the CBD products. Second, having paid that amount of money for these two services, I would have expected the polish to last longer.
