Ho-olana — Restaurant in Oʻahu

The only redeeming quality of this place is the view — and that’s where the positives end.

We ordered a chocolate croissant, a butter croissant, a quiche, and some coffee. Unfortunately, the croissants were a major letdown. They were soft, flavorless, and had none of the texture or richness you’d expect from a proper croissant. Frankly, they looked and tasted like someone’s first attempt at baking — and not a successful one.

The quiche was even worse. Calling it a quiche feels like an insult to actual quiches. It lacked flavor, structure, and any trace of quality — it honestly shouldn’t be on the menu.

Coffee was just okay. Nothing special, certainly not worth returning for.

When staying at the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay, Ho-olana is a great place to stop for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. The drinks are absolutely delicious and you must try the breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito is full with eggs, ham, bacon, cheese. All wrapped in a nice soft tortilla comes with a nice side of salsa. Perfect way to start the day with a drink and a bite to eat. The view is absolutely spectacular. Definitely get up early and grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise from the comfortable chairs...

Finally a hotel 🏨 coffee ☕️ shop for coffee lovers! Ho-olana isn’t only pretty to look at, the friendly team also serves the best coffee on Oahu’s North Share.

And the biggest plus (super-smart thinking of the Turtle 🐢 Bay 🌊 Resort management), opening is 5:30 am — finally someone realized that most visitors to Hawaii 🌺 come from a different time zone and what better way to start your day or vacation than with a great coffee!!!
